Super friendly service
We did not have a great experience with Century 21- I am sure many of the agents are great but ours was not. We had contacted Century 21 about renting an apartment in Oxford. We schedule a viewing, then showed up to see the place- and no one was there, she had forgotten and arrived half an hour late. After seeing the apartment and being under the impression we could sign the contract right away, we told her that evening we wanted to sign as soon as possible (as the move-in date was less than 2 weeks away) and did not hear from her for the next two days. After calling the office multiple times and attempting to contact her, she finally got in touch with us to tell us that the apartment she had shown us was not available for rent and there would not be another one available for over a month. Overall our agent was very unprofessional and we had a disappointing experience.
